As a Corporate Trust Legal Assistant, I collaborate with relationship managers and a legal team at an international bank to facilitate execution of account agreements and other documents. I facilitate timely closing of transactions, respond to client inquiries, and answer questions regarding products and services to meet client expectations.
The Specialty Corporate Trust team offers a variety of trust services to the structured finance world for aviation, rail and real estate. We work with customers based across the world to onboard their business and administer trust transactions. Our team supports UMB by bringing in direct revenue to the bank by way of fee revenue and interest income. We offer a niche product and service offering and our team is known around the world as one of a few specialty trust departments that can onboard and administer this unique group of products.
